Body Building :

The Gymnasiums at Central branch, Ghatkopar branch, Procter branch, Navi Mumbai branch, Andheri branch, and the Department of Physical Education’s Jhoola Maidan premises have been popular not only with the rich but also with the middle and poor class of people.

The Central branch organizes the annual Mr. YMCA Contests in the Open and Budding categories. These have been the launching pads for several who have moved on to higher levels of the sport.
